North American grain-fed Black Angus
The Platte Valley Food Group has its own Black Angus cattle and, since early 2016, has produced North American Black Angus beef for Iberdeli. In Europe, this meat is available exclusively at Iberdeli. In America, many butchers and restaurants work with this quality meat and in Europe this brand is increasingly gaining recognition.
Iberdeli imports a container, direct from America, every two weeks. This comprises all the parts of 140 cattle. The meat is very clean cut and has, on average, 10% less waste than comparable brands, but has at least the same taste experience you are used to from Black Angus!
